Craig A. Foss, Au.D., F-AAA
Board Certified Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Foss, president and owner of The Hearing Clinic, established in 1982, was born and raised in Aurora, Nebraska. He received his undergraduate and masters degrees from BYU and completed an Audiology Internship at the Mayo Clinic. Craig received his Doctor of Audiology Degree from the University of Florida and is Board Certified in Audiology by the American Board of Audiology. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and has received the Scholar Award for outstanding commitment to continuing education. Dr. Foss was appointed to serve on the State Board of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology with the Nebraska Department of Health & Human Services. Since 2003, he has been an Audiology State Leader representing Nebraska at National Meetings. Dr. Foss specializes in adult hearing evaluations and hearing aid fittings. Outside of the office it brings him great joy to spend time with his wife and six grandchildren.
Kimberly J Andresen, Au.D., CCC-A
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Andresen, a Grand Island native, joined The Hearing Clinic, in January, 2011. Kim received her undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and her Doctor of Audiology Degree from Central Michigan University. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Kim worked eight years at a large private audiology practice in Virginia before returning home and has been an adjunct faculty member teaching audiology for Longwood University in Farmville, VA since 2009. Dr. Andresen specializes in pediatrics, hearing and balance assessment, as well as hearing aid fittings and effectively communicates using American Sign Language. She is a proud member of the Third City Sertoma Club
Katie has been a key member of our team since 1998 and is the clinic’s go-to person. Her enthusiasm and optimistic attitude as the team leader helps ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. Katie and her husband Scott live in St. Paul and have three children. Away from the office she volunteers as an EMT with St. Paul Fire & Rescue.
Audiology Services Coordinator
Jami’s professional dedication shows in her calm and pleasant demeanor. Jami coordinates all of the out-patient clinics for Dr. Foss, and tracks all incoming and outgoing hearing aid orders and repairs. Jami and her husband Eric have two very active boys. In her free time, she enjoys watching football and spending time with friends and family.
Patient Account Specialist
Terri has several years’ experience in multiple areas of insurance billing. She takes pride in her work making sure the patient gets the best benefit they can from their insurance company. Terri and her husband John have one grown son, one daughter-in-law and two granddaughters who are the light of their life. Terri enjoys camping, reading and spending time outdoors.
Patient Care Coordinator
As soon as you walk into our office you will be welcomed by Judy, who can answer any question you may have, in either English or Spanish. Judy has been in Nebraska for the last four years and just loves it here. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
Sue has worked behind-the-scenes for The Hearing Clinic since 1997. She not only handles all of the accounts payable, payroll and purchasing, but also helps with advertising and keeps the office plants happy! Sue has two grown sons and two lovely daughter-in-laws, and when not engaged in work, you will find her happily spoiling her six grandchildren.
